This section is all about protein foods! You know, those foods you have to have with fruit...? Also, they taste great and protein is GOOD FOR YOU. Sorry, vegetarians, but you can have, I think ALL meat. Take a look below.

Meat, poultry, and pork that is fresh, not commercially breaded
 Soynuts, soy products other than tofu
 Meat or fish that is commercially breaded
 Fish that is fresh or tinned without sauce
 Peanut butter (limit to 1-2 tablespoons)
 Nuts other than pistachios (limit to 1-2 tablespoons)
 Coconut, coconut milk, coconut cream
 Flaxseed, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds
