Fruits
Obviously, seeing that fruits such as apples have high fructose amounts, even though they're natural, there won't be millions of fruits that you can have. Starting out, I would recommend not going to the moderation list quite yet. Moderation means that you can have a few bites without getting discomfort, but don't go all out and cook up a fruit salad. Avoid means AVOID. STAY AWAY. EXTREME STOMACHACHE INVOLVED. Now that that's established, I'll go over a few more things.
Every day, you should have about 2 servings of fruit from the safe list, NOT 5. Keep in mind that this is for FructMal kids only, if you're perfectly fine, do not even look at this diet unless you'd like to sympathesize. A serving for FructMals is 1/2 a cup. I cannot stress this next part enough: ALWAYS EAT FRUIT WITH A MEAL/SNACK CONTAINING A PROTEIN ITEM. NEVER EVER EAT FRUIT BY ITSELF. Well, maybe that is a bit extreme, but really, do not eat fruit by itself. Don't eat more than one serving of fruit per meal/snack. Avoid ALL canned fruit, dried fruit and fruit juices. Those are made with lots and lots of fruit and sugar. So, without further ado - the list!
