Breads and Cereals
Ah, we're on breads and cereals. This is the hardest, since we cannot have wheat. At all. It's like breaking the law to eat it. I will put name brands of items that stores carry that are wheat free, fructose free, and totally healthy. But first, we must explore this little section. When you eat, you may get constipated again if you don't have high fiber stuff that wheat usually gave you. But! There are some grains that you can have that you can eat, or sprinkle on your food, depending: oats, quinoa, amaranth, corn, barley, buckwheat, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds. Just keep in mind, even though you need fiber, avoid foods that have added fiber, like insulin or fructooligosaccharides (long weird name.)
